The Colonial Inn was born in 1837 and the mystique, charm and history of the Inn has been maintained for nearly two centuries. The Inn is perfectly located in the center of boutique shops, restaurants and is the closest in the village to the magnificent Watkins Glen State Park, just a short walk away. Today the Inn’s 14 rooms capture a feeling of comfort and express the joy one gets from ice cream!

In 2013 Paul began making small-batch handcrafted gourmet ice cream right on the premises and the Creamery was born. Today the ice creamery features Watkins Glen's best homemade, artisanal ice cream with 32 luscious flavors.
